As a member of our Enterprise division, the **Integration Technical Lead** will play a crucial role by:

- Being a mentor for the team around you to achieve desired outcomes
- Providing technical thought leadership to the team and the client
- Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure quality and successful outcomes of the projects
- Helping to identify new opportunities in existing and new clients

- Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams.
- Ability to produce technical documentation to support delivery teams; including Technical Specification, Solution Architecture Documents etc.
- Support best-practice review and continual improvement opportunities.
- Sound experience leading and delivering complex end-to-end integration projects using one of the following Integration Products and their aligned tooling: Oracle Integration, Azure Services, MuleSoft, Tibco, Dell Boomi etc.
- Proficient with requirement analysis, resource planning, project delivery management, solution design and effort estimation.
- Values problem solving and committed to reimagining what's possible for clients and key stakeholders.
