As a Project Administrator at Educonnecting, you will play a critical role in supporting the
planning, coordination, and execution of projects within our organization. Your primary
responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of projects within predefined scopes,
budgets, and timelines. This entails meticulous coordination and control of project
schedules, budgets, resources, and other essential components.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Coordinate the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they align with defined
scopes, budgets, and timeframes.
- Assisting in the development, review, and negotiation of projects, and services
variations.
- Providing assistance and finding solutions to queries and difficulties related to projects,
services, and stakeholders.
- Managing and organizing project-related paperwork and documentation, ensuring
efficient record-keeping practices to achieve project goals.
- Facilitating collaboration and teamwork among cross-functional teams, fostering an
environment of open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Assisting in project planning and goal setting, working closely with stakeholders to
define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitoring project progress, tracking key milestones, and proactively addressing
potential issues or roadblocks to ensure project success.
- Coordinating meetings, workshops, and presentations, ensuring availability of necessary
materials and resources for productive discussions.
- Monitoring project activities and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and
feedback to enhance project management processes and optimize project delivery.
- Advising management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions.
- Preparing reports on the organization's activities, collecting and analyzing project data,
and reporting project outcomes.
**Key Selection Criteria**
**Education/Qualifications**
- A postgraduate qualification in business or other related field and extensive relevant
experience, preferably in an industry and/or learning and development setting; or
an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
**Knowledge and Skills**
- Proven track record of excellence in project management, including experience in
complex management structures and matrix organizations.
- Ability to effectively collaborate, lead, and influence teams in achieving project goals.
- Proficiency in working cooperatively and strategically within a cross-functional
environment, effectively integrating resources in a timely and organized manner.
- Experience working with staff at all levels to foster collaboration and achieve project
objectives.
- Understanding of industry training and development needs, particularly as they relate to
service provision within the industry.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (essential), and proficiency in Portuguese (desirable) to
effectively interact with partners in Australia and the Americas.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information
clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated high-level interpersonal communication skills to foster effective
relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven experience in program and stakeholder management, specifically in handling
large, complex commercial projects.
- Willingness to travel internationally, with periodic trips to the Americas.
- Knowledge of the culture in the Americas is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with financial management principles and the ability to effectively track
project budgets.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address challenges and find
innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in analyzing project data and generating insightful reports.

- There may be a requirement to work additional hours from time to time
- There may be peak periods of work during which taking of leave may be restricted
**Job Type**: Full-time
