As a Lease Manager for a major financial institution, your key responsibility is to manage the leasehold portfolio across Australia. You will be responsible for managing lease requirements, consulting with solicitors on lease documentation for new sites and renewals, workflow processing and approvals in relation to lease billings and reconciliations, and conducting quality reviews across the portfolio.

In addition, you will be responsible for lease administration reporting and compliance, invoice and data management, revenue tenant management, and transaction management. You will be expected to liaise with internal business units, landlords, agents, tenants, solicitors and other third-party organisations to manage internal and external relationships effectively.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer-focused experience with previous property/lease management experience. You should hold tertiary qualifications in property, business, or finance, or have proven industry experience. Additionally, you should have experience in property/lease management databases and reporting systems, critical lease document administration and management functions, and strong client focus and customer service skills.

As a team player, you should be able to work independently and as part of both a local and national team. You will be expected to have excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
