**About the role**

**What you'll do**
- Work with SIAM and Service Delivery Practices to ensure partners perform run activities in line with ITIL standards and agreed SLAs
- Drive continuous improvement across processes and technology to enhance service delivery
- Support change and release management ensuring changes align with availability and automation goals
- Maintain accurate asset and service management data in partnership with the wider ITSMS team
- On-call support for critical production issues, where required

**What you'll bring**
- 2+ years’ experience in Software Development or IT Service Delivery
- Knowledge of core ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Config, Availability, etc.)
- Experience establishing and managing IT run models for critical business functions
- Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and IT operations
- Familiar with IAM tools and processes (e.g. CI/CD, ForgeRock, Oracle IAM, Spring Boot, Azure)
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification (preferred)
