**Part Time Client Services Representative Wanted**
- Based at Glen Waverley, and Essendon Fields on occasion
- Part time role (20 - 30 hours per week)
- Minimum 2 years Reception/Client Services experience essential
- Experience within the veterinary or health industry highly regarded

The Melbourne Veterinary Specialist Centre is a multi-disciplinary specialist veterinary centre providing services to Clients and Veterinary Practices within Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria.

We are seeking a Client Services Representative who demonstrates a high level of professionalism and customer service skills, enthusiasm, energy and empathy at all times, for the delivery of excellence in a friendly working environment.

**This is a busy, part time role with your key areas of responsibility involving the following**:

- Being the friendly face of MVSC, greeting clients with warmth and professionality at all times
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, staff and referring Veterinarians
- Answering telephones and scheduling appointments
- Admitting and discharging patients
- Maintaining accurate client files
- Organising post and couriers
- Accepting and finalising payments
- Initiative and adaptability - this role requires you to be able to multitask and have a proactive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- The ability to work well within a team
- Reliability and flexibility
- A calm and empathetic approach to your work
