Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting open for inspections and private appointments
- Managing rental enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Preparing leasing documentation and assisting with lease sign-ups
- Liaising with prospective tenants, landlords, and the wider property management team
- Ensuring properties are presented at a professional standard
- Supporting the Property Managers with administrative and leasing-related tasks

About You:

- Previous experience in a leasing or customer service role not necessary
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised, with excellent time management abilities
- A professional and confident presentation
- Sound knowledge of the northern suburbs of Melbourne will be highly regarded
