Due to exciting growth within the business, we are looking for a dynamic Customer Care Consultant to join our high performing inbound team based in Carole Park QLD.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Assist Account Managers and National Strategic Accounts Managers with customer quotes, orders, product information and general enquiries
- Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated time frames
- Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions
- Organising customers freight of goods from start to finish

To be successful, you will have:

- Ability to work Monday to Friday, between the hours 7:00am to 7:00pm
- Previous experience providing an exceptional level of customer service to internal and external customers
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales and service environment and manage conflicting priorities
- High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Intermediate MS Office skills are preferred
- Exposure or experience within a call centre or retail environment is preferred
- A willingness to learn
- Forward thinker who can think outside the box
