Perm training officer based in Sydney CBD with a salary up to $110,000 plus super

This is an excellent opportunity to be a true partner of a government body working within the training team. This is a permanent role based in Sydney CBD.

**Your new role**

You will have previous experience of facilitating pre-prepared training for the organisation. You will be required to have a strong understanding of the development of accessible learning solutions for virtual training sessions and face-to-face workshops, as well as experience of managing high-level stakeholder relationships and complex L&D projects.

**What you'll need to succeed**-
- Facilitate live online and/or in-person training sessions effectively and safely.- Continuously improve eLearning and in-person training content based on learner feedback.- Assist team members with project-related tasks, such as writing briefs, conducting research, and collaborating with consultants.- Meeting project milestones to high standards within complex national timeframes.
