**About the role**:
Due to an increased growth and demand Sydney metro, we now seek a full time Quality Training Officer ($65,000 - $75,000), utilising the Post Secondary Education Award.

We offer flexible working arrangements, including ongoing learning and development. You’ll be joining a supportive and hard-working team.

The ability to travel into our head office in Martin Place is essential.

**About you**:
As someone who is passionate about their own learning and development, you love helping others and contributing as part of a team.

You are a clear communicator with experience working and interacting with people in an office environment.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Experience working within the VET sector and within private RTOs
- Knowledge and understanding of VET Quality Framework (SNR, Data Provisions, FPPD, AQF)
- Exposure to curriculum development
- Experience in data integrity
- Ability to work unsupervised and good time management skills
- Ability to build supportive relationships with colleagues
- Moderate computer literacy including MS Office suite
- Willingness to undergo the HR Process with the Department of Communities and Justice for entry into a Correctional Centre.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment -TAE40116
- Exposure to Trainer Management and Operations
- Understanding of compliance requirements within an RTO

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
