**ABOUT US**

Creative production company Entropico is expanding and is looking for a dynamic Executive Producer to help shape the growth strategy for Entropico and drive increased revenue through building and maintaining new agency relationships and creating world-class award-winning work.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Attract and create exciting opportunities from within your network and outside of it, particularly with large creative agencies in Australia and overseas.
- Create best-in-class work across film, photography and post-production.
- Lead and manage the project teams in collaboration with other EPs
- Lead treatment and bidding processes.
- Lead and refine production processes and best practices, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Entropico’s high standard.
- Foster and further the careers of our incredible directing roster and recruit exciting and diverse creative voices to grow the team.
- Act as a senior creative production force within the organisation, not limited by your role.
- Provide mentoring, guidance and training to Entropico’s team members - particularly the producers.
- Improve the overall creative output of Entropico through teamwork and innovation.
- Work alongside Entropico’s marketing lead on press, awards and growth strategies.
- Align with the Entropico partners on financial and creative goals, and hit these targets in step with the leadership team.
- An ability to thrive autonomously and in team scenarios.

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**
- 7+ years of experience in the film and advertising industry.
- Previous experience in an Executive Producer or Associate Executive Producer role.
- An extensive network of agency, crew and supplier contacts.
- Thorough understanding of finance, pitching, production and post-production workflows.
- High-level strategic business competency.
- A passion for storytelling and new technology.
- Great taste.
- Empathic leadership.
- Ambitious, agile and self-sufficient - with an ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced and dynamic creative environment.
- Strong strategic business and finance skills.
