Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth: Proactively identify and secure new clients to meet annual KPIs. Commercially driven and comfortable contributing to sales and business growth.
  • Client Management: Serve as the lead day-to-day point of contact for client enquiries, building and maintaining strong relationships.And engage with senior clients stakeholders to deliver high-impact commercial initiatives.
  • Project Coordination: Develop project plans and schedules based on company and director's requirements, ensuring timely execution.Coordinate internal team members' workloads, track progress, and provide regular updates.
  • Production Oversight: Manage end-to-end production workflows, ensuring smooth execution and final delivery.
  • Social Media Management: Plan and oversee regular content publishing on social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn) to support business visibility and brand growth.
  • Networking & Events:Attend industry events, film festivals, and networking sessions to represent the company and build new connections.

Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Film/Media or related field preferred, with 2–5 years of industry experience.
  • Proven sales or business development experience is essential, with demonstrated success.Strong proficiency with sales tools including Sales prospecting tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and lead enrichment tools (e.g. Zoominfo), and Sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach).
  • Support budget oversight and contract negotiations with suppliers and crew.
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset, resilient under pressure, able to handle unexpected challenges.
  • Candidates based in Sydney will be preferred.
