Mentone, Australia National Sweepers Pty Ltd Full time

Leading national industrial cleaning equipment company seeking organised and confident Administrator to join our team. We are a small business with a corporate customer base. Part time availability to be noted when applying.
- Key Responsibilities Include:_

The co-ordination and Administration of the Service Department, including but not limited to:

- Manage incoming service requests,
- Communicating directly with Service Technicians to co-ordinate maintenance and repair work,
- Respond to customer requests and ensure all service faults are rectified as per service level agreements,
- Quotation approvals, ordering and receipting parts and sending purchase orders to suppliers,
- Control the scheduling of maintenance contracts,
- Assist with administration in preparation of reports and quotations,
- Parts Interpretation,
- Warehouse parts picking, packing and allocation,
- Ensuring Service Technician reports are complete and processed,

This is a hands-on role, it is essential that you can demonstrate outstanding communication skills, highly organised, show initiative and have a can do attitude.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
