We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Based in Adelaide and reporting to the Finance Manager - Business Partnering, you will be responsible for all management accounting and business performance reporting within your portfolio. This includes analysis and insight to support decision making and drive performance of the business as well as budgeting and forecasting. Building deep business understanding and productive relationships will be important to the success of the role.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for the following:

- management of the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process, including data collection & analysis from various sources
- posting periodic entries to finalise management and statutory accounts
- review financial modelling for upcoming acquisitions
- working with key stakeholders to prepare business cases
- review and challenge forecast results, providing insightful analysis of key business drivers through reports and presentations to management and Board
- develop and maintain scenario models to assist management’s decision making
- contributing to the implementation of a range of finance process improvement initiatives
- general management accounting tasks
- other ad hoc analysis and project work the function is responsible for delivering, including business development

About you

To succeed in this role, you will:

- be tertiary qualified in Finance/Accounting
- be experienced in management and financial accounting
- ASX listed company experience would be advantage
- advanced MS Office skills, Power BI or Tableau preferred
- be a strong analytical and commercially minded finance professional
- committed to providing high quality customer service in delivering finance services
- capable of working with stakeholders at all levels
- resilient to be able to work in our complex corporate environment with highly developed negotiation skills
- capable of working independently and solving problems
- CA or CPA qualified (desirable)
