**Your new role**

As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the financial success in this organisation. Working closely with key stakeholders across various departments, you’ll provide valuable financial insights and strategic support to enable informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations with an emphasis on quality control and minimising risk.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders ensuring financials are prepared and managed in accordance with Finance and legislative requirements.
- Providing advice and proactively contributing to the strategic direction of the business.
- Providing financial advice, forecasting and planning of relevant infrastructure projects.
- Provide ongoing coaching training, leadership, support and advice in financial management of programs and budget.
- Manage and report costs for all major capital projects.
- Ensure financial records are maintained and provided to meet audit acquittal processes.
- Establish and oversee the running of best practice financial systems.
