**About the opportunity**:

The Finance Business Partner leverages specialised financial and management accounting expertise to ensure top-tier financial services for Super SA. Key responsibilities include general ledger accounting, supporting the annual office budgeting process, monitoring and preparing budget variance reports, and collaborating with the business to provide insights into their financial performance.

**About you**

You will be able to provide quality financial and budgeting services to clients, have exceptional time management skills, and have a high degree of initiation and motivation to work successfully with limited supervision.

To be successful, you must address the selection criteria below in a cover letter:

- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise work to achieve goals and meet deadlines, including dealing with competing demands and tasks.
- Experience in the preparation of timely and accurate reports (financial and written), and analysis that succinctly explains the underlying financial issues and variances to clients.
- Experience in the budgeting process.
- Knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, accrual accounting principles, and practices.
- Ability to test, review, report and clearly document the implementation of new systems or major improvements on existing systems.

**Remuneration**

ASO5 - $85,790 min - $95,413 max per annum, plus superannuation
