We Are Charlotte are thrilled to be working with a leading property developer in search of a Marketing & Office Coordinator - a role that blends creativity with hands-on operational support.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the mix of marketing and the satisfaction of getting things done. You will play a key role in shaping how the brand is communicated, working across campaigns, content, and design, while also ensuring the office runs smoothly. As part of a small but mighty team, you’ll need to be as comfortable rolling out marketing initiatives as you are handling the day-to-day admin that keeps everything ticking.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing & Communications**:

- Execute brand and project-related marketing and communications strategies.
- Liaise and coordinate with the broader marketing consultant team across graphic design, digital performance, graphic rendering, printing, etc.
- Schedule and manage the client’s digital presence, including social media channels, website, and landing pages.
- Create and report on success metrics for digital and social media engagement, both paid and organic.
- Develop, schedule, and report on social media performance.
- Maintain project
- and brand-related website content. Ensure brand consistency in all communications, aligning with design values and competitive positioning.

**Events & Sales Support**:

- Engage with established events in Melbourne, managing the organisation’s participation and representation.
- Organise and manage marketing events related to projects.
- Assist in managing the client’s CRM system.
- Oversee the upkeep of the sales suite.
- Assist in project handovers. Coordinate project photography shoots.

**Office Administration**:

- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage directors’ agendas and appointments.
- Assist with budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes, tracking key actions and deadlines. Provide general support to colleagues as required.

**Tech & Systems Implementation**:

- Serve as the internal champion for the rollout and adoption of Slack and Notion across the team.
- Work closely with our implementation team to ensure a smooth rollout, team adoption, and training.
- Ensure effective integration of these platforms into daily workflows.

- Passion for design, architecture, and property.
- Consumer-facing marketing and communications experience is essential. Ideally, you will have studied marketing.
- Proven experience in office administration.
- A property background is not required, but a strong cultural fit is crucial.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong tech capabilities, with the ability to champion Slack and Notion adoption.
