As a Logistics & Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible executing warehousing activities for incoming and outgoing goods. Following, and ensuring that others also follow established procedures and guidelines to in the warehouse. Reporting to Workshop / Site Manager oversee all managing stock levels and supply chain for the site and undertake adhoc duties as required. Looking for opportunities for vendor consolidation within the business.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Operating the site warehousing including receiving, packing and storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatching, ensuring tasks are executed in a safe, timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining warehouse operations in line with HSE policies. Coordinating regular workplace inspections in the warehouse
- Maintaining complete and accurate data in the ERP system. Utilizing material planning, safety stock levels and reorder points, to ensure material just-in
- time availability. Maintaining new or changed material masters as required
- Checking quality of incoming goods for storage. Ensuring paperwork in line with materials delivered. Maintaining all movements in the ERP system. Conducting final quality check for outgoing customer deliveries
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers and carriers. Complete supplier qualification for new / changed suppliers. Working with suppliers for efficient & effective processes, in line with the company Procure to Pay Policy
- Participating in regular inventory control processes. Coordinating regular cycle counts, and annual stock take. Review stock levels and aging stock. Managing and reporting on stock held for customer contracts
- Supporting the business to raise purchase requisitions for site and business requirements. Sourcing quotations from multiple vendors to ensure competitive pricing and best availability
- Actively participating in process improvement initiatives to improve quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability in your area of responsibility
- Implementing supplier inventory management process for site consumables. Arranging freight bookings and pick-ups, using most appropriate forwarder to meet time and cost requirements

**Your background**:

- Forklift license required
- You will be highly organised, with the ability to priorities and plan jobs to meet requirements within agreed timeframes
- Ability to think quickly and cope with many different tasks and changing priorities
- Good computer skills including Microsoft office software and a warehousing system, SFDC & SAP an advantage
- Good communication skills, able to work within a team and communicate to suppliers
