We currently have an opportunity for a motivated and diligent **Warehouse Operations Administrator **to join our Sydney team to deliver excellent customer service and assist with seamless customer deliveries with your accurate and timely administration support.

**About the role**:
The role will be varied, requiring you to be **proactive in identifying what needs to be done** and how you can assist the team and our customers. In addition to **administration tasks**, you will **help pack small customer orders and provide assistance on the floor** when needed. Your days will be different and never boring Tasks will include:

- General administration duties including answering telephone queries, data entry, customer records management, and maintaining online document files.
- Picking and packing small orders for customers
- Receipting deliveries and goods inward
- Taking customer orders
- Creating booking notes
- Printing and labeling of orders for collection and transport to customers
- Liaising with transport providers and couriers for deliveries and collections
- Supporting the warehouse supervisor and team with administration and warehouse tasks.
