**Job Description**:
We are seeking the expertise of an organised and proactive Marketing and Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Agribusiness Team in our Sydney CBD Office.

**In this key support role, you will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities which include**:

- Co-ordinate the collation or reports, marketing materials, submissions, and other documentation, including typing, photocopying, binding.
- Managing internal and external enquiries and correspondence for the team including travel bookings and general correspondence.
- Generating and coordinating the collation of weekly vendor reports.
- Updating of internal databases.
- Reconcile and raise invoices and expenses as necessary.
- Update company database, including listing information, and uploading to website as required or requested by operators to ensure that client and property information is accurate.

**Qualifications**:
To meet the challenge of this busy role, you will bring the following skills and experience:

- Proactive and self-motivated - keen to add value to the team and have ability to work with mínimal supervision and with remote agents in field.
- Recent graduate in fields relating to Property, Economics, Marketing or Agriculture preferential.
- Experience in a support role or property related experience.
- Strong MS Office skills; in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to deal with several matters and work to deadlines
- Proficiency in InDesign, Ansarada, Smartsheet and QWILR advantageous
