Stylish Wardrobes & Showerscreens specialise in quality supply and installations of wardrobes, showerscreens, mirrors and splashbacks for new home builders and the residential market.

ABOUT YOU

Looking to build on our current success we are looking for an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic person with strong customer service focus, prepared to invest that extra effort and a "can do" attitude.

To secure the role you will be:

  • Available to work Monday to Friday (8:30am – 4.30pm) - 5 day week, possible weekend work available
  • Trustworthy, reliable and excellent attitude
  • Confident in engaging with customers on a daily basis
  • Have strong written, oral communication and Microsoft Office
  • Attention to details and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to Liaise with different stakeholders
  • Commitment to the delivery of excellent service to our customers.

THE ROLE

The role includes but is not limited to the responsibilities below:

  • Maintaining Social Media Accounts and other Marketing Tools
  • Offer superior service and a seamless experience to our customers via walk-ins, email, phone and social media inboxes.
  • Meeting and greeting new and existing customers and showcasing our products
  • Schedule appointments and provide administration support for retail sales representatives
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks which include data entry, filing emails, organising paperwork for quoting and taking payments as required.
  • Completing follow up communication via phone and email
