Look no further Our client, a highly regarded luxury jewellery brand based in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, that is on the hunt for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join their vibrant team as they continue their growth journey.

This newly created role will be reporting to the Head of Marketing, providing administrative support across all marketing projects and campaigns. You will be hands-on across brand, content, CRM, PR, social media, events and work with agencies.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Coordination of internal meeting schedules and marketing campaign books
- Assist in the development of marketing strategy presentations, campaign books and marketing related material
- Assist in responding to internal customer enquiries and brand information
- Accurate management of marketing activity calendars, tracking and stakeholder management
- Coordinate post campaign reports and competitor activity
- General ad hoc administration duties

**To be successful, you will have**:

- 1-3 years relevant Marketing experience, ideally within retail
- Bachelor of Business or similar degree
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- A ‘can-do’ attitude with a growth mindset
