As a Marketing Administrative Assistant, you will play an integral part in growing Penumbra's products in Australia and New Zealand by providing administrative support to the marketing department in Australia.

**What You’ll Work On**
- Assist in ordering, distribution and organization of demo materials which includes products, simulation models and accessories across all product lines
- Assist marketing team with production and upkeep of marketing literature
- Assist in planning and arranging meetings and events
- Manage distribution of E-marketing literature and sales tools to the entire sales team
- Assist with daily marketing operations
- Collate and maintain monthly competitive trackers
- Assist with healthcare compliance submission
- Maintain company ANZ price list
- Assist ANZ executive T&E coverage

**What You Contribute**
- A High school diploma or equivalent required, with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills required
- High level of competence in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously.
