State Exercise Therapy Manager Adelaide

**The opportunity**:
The State Exercise Therapy Manager oversees the Exercise Therapy services of their allocated state and is responsible for the leading and mentoring a team of Exercise Physiologists (operating in the DVA, NDIS, RTWSA, Medicare & Private Sectors), the financial budget of the Exercise Therapy department and achieving growth and profit for Goodlife Health Clubs in our Adelaide club network.
Key duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Achieve 100% Revenue Budget for Exercise Therapy Department
- Manage wage cost of the Exercise Therapy Department as per budget forecasts
- Provide accurate financial information relating to all Exercise Therapy services
- Drive new business opportunities to increase EBITDA performance through a strong community presence and Allied Health Professional networking
- Oversee clinical management of clients
- Work within a mutually agreed weekly roster as the needs of the business dictate
- Manage all financial reporting in consultation with Goodlife accounts department
**To be successful in this role you have**:
Essential
- Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Science
- ESSA member with Exercise Physiology accreditation essential
- Experience operating as a practicing Exercise Physiologist
- Strongly customer service focused, with a positive and professional attitude
- Able to manage a wide range of personalities and behaviors
- Strongly focused on time management and the ability to work under pressure
- Extensively knowledgeable in the area of exercise physiology
Desirable
- Experience managing a team of Exercise Physiologists
- Qualifications/experience in business administration/management
