We are seeking a passionate Exercise Physiologist to join multidisciplinary and supportive team in Adelaide. In this role, you will focus on designing and implementing exercise-based rehabilitation programs for individuals with musculoskeletal conditions.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess, design, and implement exercise programs for MSK injuries and conditions
- Develop tailored rehabilitation plans for workers' compensation clients
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and doctors
- Provide reports and liaise with case managers, insurers, and employers

**About You**:

- Degree in Exercise Physiology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with patients, stakeholders, and healthcare teams
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines in workers' compensation and injury management
- Proactive and organised, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
