We are currently looking to recruit a **Business Support Coordinator** to support our business in this critical role in a part time capacity Day to day you will:
- Oversee the efficient running of the office
- **Provide general administrative support**:
- Provide support for scheduled meetings
- **Event management and catering**:
- Provide PA support to the CEO; diary management, expenses, general support activities
- **Establish and maintain highly effective relationships with key stakeholders**
- Exceptional ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Great attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deliver results in a high pressure environment
- Knowledge of MS Office products - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
This role will be based at our office located in Fortitude Valley - Monday to Friday - approx. 25 hours per week and would suit school hours.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
