**Position Purpose**

The Client Success Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting business development, client engagement, and project delivery functions. This position ensures seamless coordination across the client lifecycle—from initial contact through to proposal development, contract finalisation, invoicing, and post-project follow-up. The role enhances client satisfaction, contributes to revenue growth, and supports internal systems and workflows related to client success.

**Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Tender Support**
- Assist in the identification and tracking of business opportunities and market intelligence.
- Coordinate and contribute to the preparation of capability statements, EOIs, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Maintain and update proposal content libraries and CRM systems.
- Support the development of client presentations and pitch materials.

**Pre-Contract & Commercial Coordination**
- Assist with pre-contract administration, including client onboarding, collating compliance documentation, and confirming scope, rates, and terms.
- Liaise with legal and commercial teams (or external consultants) to coordinate timely review and execution of contracts.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed engagements to delivery teams.

**Client Interface & Relationship Management**
- Act as a first point of contact for client queries during pre
- and post-project stages.
- Support project managers in coordinating client meetings, status updates, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key client representatives.

**Invoice Support & Accounts Liaison**
- Track billing milestones, timesheet data, and contract deliverables.
- Assist in the preparation and dispatch of client invoices in coordination with finance staff.
- Follow up with clients to resolve billing queries and ensure timely payments.

**Post-Project Coordination**
- Facilitate client satisfaction surveys and lessons-learned debriefs.
- Coordinate the compilation of project case studies and client testimonials.
- Support re-engagement or upselling efforts with existing clients.

**General & Administrative**
- Maintain accurate client and opportunity records in CRM or project management systems.
- Provide support for internal business development meetings, pipelines, and strategy sessions.
- Undertake other reasonable duties as required to contribute to client and business success.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years' experience in a client-facing or coordination role in a consulting, engineering, or professional services environment.
- Experience with tendering processes and proposal writing highly regarded.

**Performance Indicators**
- Quality and timeliness of proposal submissions.
- Client satisfaction and retention metrics.
- Reduction in debtor days / successful invoice follow-up.
- Accuracy and consistency of client documentation and systems.
- Contribution to business development targets and project success.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
