Needly is one of Australia’s biggest grocery on-demand start-ups We deliver groceries to the local area in minutes.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Product & Operations Manager to join our fast-growing ecommerce on-demand start-up. We are on the brink of a massive national expansion and are looking for an individual to grow with us.

As a Digital Product & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing our digital products, ensuring they meet our customers' needs and drive growth. You will design, implement and improve processes and monitor daily operations to ensure we deliver superior business results. In this position you will work closely with the CEO and drive change and growth throughout the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage the product roadmap for our ecommerce platform and apps, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on user feedback, market research, and business objectives.
- Be hands-on both physically and technically to support internal and external teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct user testing and analysis to continuously improve the user experience and drive conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyse product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for future product development.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in ecommerce.
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products, from ideation to launch.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Know-how in UX and (web) design with programs like Adobe Photoshop.
- Have a technical mind-set. Basic knowledge of IT and coding languages is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

We are building an exciting business. And there are huge opportunities to grow.

Our current office is in Peakhurst, but we are planning to move to the CBD in the next few months.

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
