We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Change Manager with proven success in developing and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy for a Superannuation program to join our Mercer Super team at Mercer. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
**Change Manager**
Reporting to the Mercer Super Portfolio Leader, you will be responsible for leading change management and communication efforts for strategic change and service improvements to benefit our members mainly within Experience transformation scope. This role will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive change management and communications strategy, engaging stakeholders, assessing change impacts, and driving adoption and readiness for the program to achieve its target state. The Change Manager will play a critical role in shaping the future of Mercer Super and making a significant impact on its journey of transformation.
**We will count on you to**:
- Develop a change management plan, implement the change management plan, and review and revise change management plan as required
- For all workstreams, ensure effective design, implement, and embed change management plans, including impact assessments, communication and training strategies, and documentation processes for accountability
- Monitor change management progress, addressing and adapting as required to deliver outcome
- Ensure all change management activities are completed by the specified deadlines
- Develop and deliver effective communication plans and training programs to ensure stakeholders are informed and equipped to embrace and adopt the program. Tailor communication and training materials to different stakeholder groups.
**What you need to have**:
- Experience within Superannuation or Investment management
- Demonstrated experience as a change manager, leading change management efforts for large-scale transformation programs
- Demonstrated experience in cultural and organisational change programs
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Demonstrated senior stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work effectively across the organisation.
