Management Consultant

An exciting new role has become available in our growing business. At Redwood Business Consulting Pty Ltd, we are a leading provider of home efficiency products including solar, home batteries and electric heat pumps to our customers, helping Australia to become more energy efficient. With increased growth we are looking to bring on an experienced Management Consultant to help identify, improve, and grow aspects of the business such as productivity, culture, management processes and operations. This Management Consultant will assist in leveraging past business analysis experiences to recognise and support stakeholder to improve the journey for Redwood customers, employees, contractors, and management.

**Responsibilities**
- Review and consult on current procedures and standard within the current business structure to assist in improving the business performance, customer satisfaction and the effective use of current resources.
- Analyse and advise on current business practices, systems, and team structure to identify their effectiveness in the business and assist in implementing positive change.
- Investigate
- Help with the identify areas in the business requiring more effective management strategies and plans aimed at achieving client satisfaction and the efficient use of organisations' resources.
- Direct and develop the new management plans and strategies.
- Undertake and review work studies by analysing existing and proposed methods and procedures, such as administrative, clerical and sales procedures.
- Build, record and analyse the businesses workflow charts, records, reports, manuals and job descriptions, before redefining and altering functions and organisation.
- Assist in implementing approved recommendations, issuing revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting other documentation.
- Assist in providing the training and implementation of new procedure manuals within the business.

**Skills & Experience**

Required
- At least 5 years' experience undertaking Business or Management roles delivering proven outcomes.
- Awareness of project management delivery styles and where/how it applies to business analysis delivery.
- Ability to select appropriate requirements and engagement technique/s based on the nature of the assignment.
- Experience in defining and managing scope, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for small-scale changes and assists with more complex change initiatives.
- Ability to model current and desired scenarios to facilitate understanding and decision making.
- Ability to analyse and design business processes to identify alternative solutions to exploit new technologies and automation.
- Experience creating acceptance criteria related to requirements, features and user stories.
- Sound documentation and communication skills.

Desirable
- Experience in participating in managing change activities.
- Capability in dealing with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information.
- Experience in a related or similar industry

Skills and qualifications

A Bachelor of Business or Management or in a related discipline. Extensive experience in similar roles will be considered in lieu of formal qualification.

**Salary**: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
