As a Senior Account Manager in the AWS National Security & Defence team you will manage accounts across federal government, helping them achieve their organisation's mission. You will drive growth and shape the future technology capability of our customers.

Key job responsibilities

As part of a national team you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Executing local objectives as part of a national strategic plan, leading to the creation and maintenance of sales pipeline.
- Create & articulate compelling AWS value proposition for the National Security and Defence segment.
- Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
- Work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities.
- Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of AWS as well as best practices implementations.

A day in the life
- Experience in positioning and selling technology in new customers and new market segments. - Prior experience with Federal Government. - Translate customer business and technology priorities into technology solutions. - Proven track record of consistent territory growth and quota achievement. - Being able to communicate fluently (verbal and written).
