The DFV and DNA Reform Program Office provides the Queensland Police Commissioner and the Special Coordinator for Reform (SCR) with assurance that investments in this space are 'value for money', successful outcomes are achieved and expected benefits are being achieved in the delivery of organisationally driven initiatives, enterprise-wide transformational change, redesign and optimisation.
- Lead, develop and enable a team of change practitioners to deliver effective change management practices for the organisation.
- Lead the development and implementation of the enterprise change management strategy for DFV and DNA Reform Program.
- Provide strategic, integrated advice to senior management on the QPS change agenda.
- Build and maintain productive working relationships and networks with key stakeholders to promote the successful adoption of change within the QPS.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and relevant specialists to develop and facilitate effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the business.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness and change implementation metrics including business readiness targets, business engagement activity, training design and deployment activities.
- Promote an uplift of change capability by facilitating opportunities for learning and consideration of future skills required to deliver change programs, enabling increased capability and agility across the QPS.
