Anglicare are currently seeking an Organisational Change Manager to join us in a
**full time permanent position** to lead organisational change management and internal communications, providing guidance and support to the Executive and Senior Leadership teams, and building road maps to shift individual and collective mindsets.

The Organisational Change Manager will work in accordance with the values of Anglicare Southern Queensland (Anglicare) and is responsible for leading and managing the process of transitioning individuals, teams, and Anglicare, from a current state to a desired future state. This includes leading and promoting best practice organisational change management frameworks, managing business transition activities, and defining and implementing cultural change programs and transformational change initiatives aligned to Anglicare’s strategic priorities.

Some of the responsibilities of the role will include...
- Lead, manage and direct the execution of organisational change initiatives, while partnering with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to harmonise the approach to change management practices across the organisation.
- Stay informed about the evolving business and strategic priorities and use this knowledge to inform decisions and create clarity.
- Drive positive change behaviours and outcomes by coaching and influencing executives, senior leaders and project teams.
- Provide strategic communications advice and recommendations to the Executive and Senior Leadership teams and other internal clients and stakeholders around effective internal communications
- Develop, plan and execute a clear and consistent internal communication and engagement strategy and plans that are aligned to the organisational change management plan, strategic priorities and vision of Anglicare
- In partnership with the Internal Communications and Engagement Specialist, lead communication strategies that engages staff across multiple locations, to share timely information, strengthen morale and contribute to a positive working culture

**Ideal Experience & Skillset**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, Behavioural Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in change management or related field.
- Accreditation/certification in a Change Management methodology (desired).
- Substantial demonstrated experience and success in leading and/or implementing large scale, organisational change projects within a complex environment, delivering on objectives and building employee engagement throughout the process.
- Highly experienced in the development and implementation of change and communication strategies and plans.
- Experience in structural change management and the ability to develop knowledge of EBA/IR policies.
- Demonstrated experience in influencing and driving change across all levels of the organisation.
