Welcome to** Eden Academy Pascoe Vale**, where we are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

We operate from 7:00am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 78 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

Could you be our next **caring and experienced Lead Educator**? Each day, you’ll be greeted by the **bright, happy smiles of our littlest learners** in the cosy and **nurturing Nursery room** at our Pascoe Vale centre

**About you;**
- You’re an **experienced Lead Educator** with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
- **Passionate about early childhood education** and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
- You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
- **Nurtures curiosity, resilience**, and self-awareness in every child
- Inspires inquisitive young minds through **meaningful interactions** and intentional teaching
- Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

**What You’ll Bring**:

- **MUST** hold a **Diploma**in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- A current Working with Children Check
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Australian Working Rights
- A **professional and friendly** personal presentation
- Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
- A team-first attitude and a **desire to make a difference**:

- Full availability to work **Monday to Friday** with flexibility across all shift pattens
- **Two professional references** are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
