**About You**:
- A strong focus on Image of Child
- The proven ability to plan, implement and evaluate programs through a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
- An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or above
- WA Working with Children Check
- Current Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain)
- Additional Child Protection Training, in line with Section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Queensland Government. Completion of 1 of the following courses will ensure compliance; CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCPRT002 or CHCECE057 (QLD only)
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willing to obtain).
