**Key responsibilities include**:

- Efficient management, oversight and delivery of approved building activities to achieve quality assurance, compliance with Building Activity approvals, program/scheduling and successful close out
- Ensuring all building works comply with Airports Act, Airport Building Controller Approvals, business requirements and airport operational and safety requirements
- Managing and coordinating all Building Activity approvals to ensure works and isolations do not impact Airport Operations
- Oversight of contractor activities and service delivery in line with building activity scope of work, specifications and priorities
- Management of relevant Building Activity consent, permits and inductions, contractor insurance information/requirements, licenses, including review of Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) for high risk activities and WHS plans
- Ensuring general compliance with building activity conditions of approval, in particular Construction Environment Management Plan, works plans for airside, traffic management plans and compliance with the WHS Act
- Undertaking project activities under supervision of a project manager where required

**Key requirements include**:

- Diploma/Degree in Building Technology or equivalent
- Understanding of Service/Utility infrastructure and ability to interpret service drawings (such as Communication, Electricity, Water, Gas)
- Experience in engaging with contractors and stakeholders
