**About the role**:
The Front Office and Workplace Executive welcomes employees and guests as the first point of contact at Reception, creating authentic experiences that strengthen relationships between JLL, our client, and their stakeholders. You'll provide administrative support, maintain operational excellence according to client and JLL standards, and adapt quickly to changing needs with a supportive mindset.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Create a comfortable, welcoming and hospitable environment for employees and their guests
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for maintenance and repairs
Plan experiences and community events within and beyond the office, that unite people and inject fun into the workplace
Manage sing-in/out procedures and issue passes for new employees or visitors
Assist stakeholders with meeting room bookings to ensure a delightful experience
Monitor and order stationery and office supplies when needed
Support event organisers with logistics, equipment and asssit with AV system setup
Liase with facilities and security team and report any incidents, utilising Corrigo and CMO when needed
Prior front desk experience in a fast-paced environment such as facilities, property management or hospitality
Professional, friendly demeanor with confident communication at all organisation levels
Meticulous attention to detail with passion for quality service delivery
Collaborative team player committed to meeting shared objectivs but can work independently as well
Proactive problem solver capable of managing complex situations and competing priorities
