**TALENT ONBOARDING COORDINATOR - TALENT ACQUISITION**

As our **Talent Onboarding Coordinator,** reporting to the **Talent Onboarding Leader**, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for all new starters, internal transfers, and contractors within The Star.

This role is a 6-month full-time opportunity based in Gold Coast.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Conduct and complete all required probity checks for new starters, internal transfers, and contractors.
- Execute to a high standard, managing data entry in the tracking systems with attention to detail, ensuring that probity checks are conducted accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with relevant departments, Licensing, Investigations, Employee Relations and external agencies, Equifax, and Federal Police, to facilitate background checks and any other necessary screenings.
- Ensure Compliance and Regulatory knowledge by staying up to date with relevant policies, procedures, legal requirements, and compliance standards related to The Star talent acquisition and onboarding process.
- Communicate with new hires, internal transfers, and contractors to collect, review, and process their documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

**What we will be looking for**:

- HR tertiary degree or similar qualifications advantageous.
- Previous experience in a high-volume HR administrative role in a regulatory environment.
- High attention to detail, proficient data entry, and meticulous record keeping.
- Previous experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Excel.
- Experience in a high volume and fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Experience working in a centralised or shared services talent function beneficial.
