**The Role**

Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for digital media? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic **Digital Media Assistant** to join our team, focusing on photo editing and retouching. This role is perfect for those looking to kickstart a career in the marketing / creative industry and learn from experienced professionals.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Image Editing & Retouching**: Assist with editing, retouching, manipulation, and enhancing images to ensure they meet our brand standards and client expectations.
- **Image Optimisation**: Prepare images for various platforms, ensuring quality and consistency across all media.
- **Content Organisation**: Manage and organise our digital asset library for quick access to high-quality images.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our designers, photographers, and sales & Marketing team.
- **Continuous Learning**: Take advantage of training opportunities from experienced professionals and hands-on projects to build your skills in digital media.

**About You**:

- **Basic Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Applications.**:

- **Eye for Detail**: You notice the little things and take pride in perfecting images.
- **Creative Mindset**: You have an eye for composition and aesthetics, with a knack for enhancing visual appeal.
- **Organised**: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple projects.
