Your new organisation is a community-based not-for-profit, working predominantly across the south-east of Melbourne across multiple locations. A new position has become available for a strong administrator wanting to grow within the HR space.

**Your new role**

Your position will see you support the entire People Service team, including Learning & Development, with administrative coordination and support. This will include:

- Recruitment coordination including advertising, screening, pre-employment and onboarding
- Managing E-Learning assignments and data integrity
- Providing administrative support in ER/IR cases, including updating employment and contract changes
- Stakeholder management and responding to HR queries
- Supporting with People projects including culture, benefits, well-being, events, etc.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong administrative experience, including using Excel and Powerpoint
- Some exposure to HR, either through education and/or work experience at the administrative or coordinator capacity
- A passion for your personal growth within the HR space, as well as the success of your team
- An ability to juggle multiple priorities across a broad team
