The GIANTS’ AFL and AFL Women’s teams are based at the club’s elite training and administration facility in Sydney Olympic Park, with GIANTS Netball based adjacent at Netball Central.

**Description**:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is responsible for performing Accounts Payable functions, all associated reconciliations and assistance with other accounts functions when required for the GIANTS Football Club and associated entities.

This is a permanent, part-time position (3 days per week), with hybrid working conditions currently in place at the Club.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts payable process and all associated reconciliations;
- Process corporate credit card & employee expenses - manage process through Zeno,
- checking approvals & uploading;
- Manage invoice approval process through Ex-flow;
- Assistance with annual year-end audit;
- Ad hoc tasks to backup Finance team members as required.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Skills and Knowledge
- Experience with Accounts Payable;
- Experience working with multiple cost centres and allocation against budgets;
- High levels of accuracy & attention to detail;
- Strong computer skills & experience including MS Office, MS Dynamics experience preferred;
- Ability to communicate well with all levels of a business;
- Comfortable to work independently as well as in a team environment;
- Professional, helpful, and efficient manner;
- Understanding of AFL is ideal, but not essential.
