Ladybug House are family owned and run paediatric clinics incorporating both speech pathology and occupational therapy located in Melbourne and the Gold Coast. We take a holistic approach to our therapies, incorporating the child and their family with care and respect. Now, we are looking to expand our clinic family with the addition of an Office Administrator.

**This position is all about**:

- Providing high quality client care to our patients and their families
- Supporting Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapist in the day-to-day work that they do

**Our ideal new addition**:
You will be an experienced and motivated medical receptionist or administration team leader looking for a new challenge in a caring and supporting environment. You will be empathetic and understanding with a strong focus on providing solutions for our patients. Most of all, you’re passionate about providing excellent and compassionate care to children and their families.
- Experienced medical receptionist or allied health administrator (at least one year that must be recent, ie withing the last 6 months)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - able to communicate with a range of stakeholders on varied levels
- Experience managing clinician schedules (booking clients, filling cancellations, managing waitlist, etc)
- Working with Children Check/Police check/NDIS Screening Check
- Permanent working rights with no restrictions

**Key Duties**:

- Managing enquiries and visitors to the clinic with excellent customer service
- Providing high quality service and presentation - in clinic and via written and verbal communication
- Taking payments over the phone and in person using Tyro
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of services
- Following and upholding policies including cancellation policy
- Entering data accurately into practice management software
- Order stock and supplies as required

Attention to detail is a key requirement for this role, if you do not have recent experience in a medical reception role as specified you will not be responded to.

The role will be one day per week initially, Wednesdays, then building up to full time role in August/September when a staff member goes on maternity leave.
