Now, we are looking to expand our clinic family with the addition of an experienced Full-Time Medical Receptionist

**This position is all about**:

- Providing high quality care to our patients and their families
- Supporting families to book and attend sessions during all touch points of their care
- Supporting Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapist in the day to day work that they do

**Our ideal new addition**:
You have a desire to work within a paediatric healthcare setting and enjoy being part of a team environment. You will be empathetic, show initiative and have a strong focus on providing solutions for our patients. Most of all, you’re passionate about providing excellent and compassionate care to children and their families. Other attributes may include:

- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - able to communicate with a range of stakeholders on varied levels
- Working with Children Check/Police check
- Permanent working rights with no restrictions

**Key Duties**:

- Managing enquiries and visitors to the clinic with excellent customer service
- Providing high quality service and presentation - in clinic and via written and verbal communication
- Taking payments over the phone and in person using eftpos
- Following and upholding policies including cancellation policy
- Entering data accurately into practice management software
- Order stock and supplies as required
- Providing general administrative and systems support to the team
