**About the Role**
- Provide courteous and efficient communication between the Cluster and the community.
- Log incident reports in the database to ensure all incidents are referred to the appropriate members of staff and dealt with in an effective manner.
- Respond to general public enquiries that come into the Salesforce database about an extensive range of issues in a manner sensitive to the differing needs of a broad and diverse community.
- Contribute to the ongoing development/maintenance of information databases to record and refer incident reports and information requests, generate reports and provide a comprehensive reference and contact source
- Process the sale of publications/Gipa requests in accordance with established financial procedures, maintaining full financial records.
- Provide administrative support to contribute to the smooth functioning of the branch.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in office administration
- Experience in the use of computer based systems and records management system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
