We need a passionate, dynamic marketing assistant to empower entrepreneurs to make their mark on the world. Assisting the Marketing Manager with national marketing campaigns to enable the business to become the leading marketing services franchise in the world. Joining forces with our agency partners and working with talented people to become the leaders in our industry. This role is well suited to a graduate or marketing assistant wanting to take that next step in their learning and marketing career.

We are a people-centric business; therefore, our marketing centres around our franchisees and their customers. We are at the start of an exciting journey to digitally evolve this Australian-owned brand and this is a dream role for someone who loves communication and working on all aspects of a brand.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Assist the Marketing Manager in the yearly marketing plan and launches
- Assist with Brand advertising and lead-capturing activities
- Organise inspiring events with supportive materials
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing department,
- Assist the Marketing Manager with Brand advertising and lead-capturing activities
- Roll out and manage Local Marketing campaigns
- Manage and implement the content calendar for social media
- Update intranet with marketing campaign information.

**Education, Knowledge & Experience**:

- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication or Business
- A demonstrated ability to coordinate and communicate information effectively (to suppliers and business owners)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong computer & technology skills
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
