**Job Title**: Marketing Assistant (Part-time or Full-time)

We are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of our clients, and we’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to take on a hands-on, varied role in a supportive, high-energy environment.

**The Role**:
This is a dynamic, hands-on role that will support both business operations and marketing execution. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while helping bring campaigns to life across both digital and traditional channels.

**What does the role involve?**
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing marketing campaigns
- Manage CRM updates, reporting, and client communications
- Coordinate meetings, events, and internal workflows
- Liaise with suppliers, freelancers, and external partners

**Who are we looking for?**

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in an administrative, marketing, or business support role
- Familiarity with content creation and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar)
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems, marketing platforms, and basic reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt quickly

- Studying or has a qualification in marketing, communications, or business (or related field)

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
