IQPC Australia is in major growth mode and we’re excited to bring onboard an energetic, driven and high-potential marketer to join our exciting B2B Events team, specifically to work on “The Customer Show”

**We’re looking for the right marketer to take this show to the next level**

**Here's what the role looks like**:

- Execute and adapt a strategic marketing strategy to drive the event audience
- Social posts using the event brand’s tone of voice
- Work effectively with our digital agency on ‘always
- on’ digital ad campaigns
- Selecting paid advertising and negotiating contra partnerships
- Manage marketing budget in collaboration with the General Manager
- Exercise your creative flair when working with designers on appealing and easy-to-navigate collaterals
- Collaborate with cross-functions such as production and sales teams
- Spearhead special projects including automation, data renewal and referral programs

**About you**:

- A recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree / relevant marketing qualification or 1-2 years marketing experience
- You’re hyper-focused on results and enjoy the thrill of smashing targets
- An analytical thinker who uses data to inform your strategies
- Demonstrated ability to successfully work in a project team and contribute ideas
- A strong desire to keep learning and driving marketing innovation
