Seeking highly motivated contact centre professionals to work with a well known pest control company

**Your new role**
- Booking appointments for customers and technicians
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate customer records
- Providing administrative support to the office as required
- Office environment, not high volume call centre

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to pass a medical check
- Experience in a contact centre
- Must be Covid vaccinated and have the ability to work in the office in Port Melbourne each day
