**In this Associate role, you will support the Global Banks coverage team responsible with**:

- CDD needs: (1) CDD requirements, inclusive of identification of the availed products per jurisdiction; (2) Assist in the completion of the ECDD/Sanctions/Onboarding/Offboarding Questionnaire which are submitted to the FCO team; (3) Assist the FCO team on escalation to ensure deadlines are met; (4) assist with inward CDD requests
- Support Onboarding and Offboarding of FI clients
- Prepare briefings for significant events like Sibos and IMF
- Update Strategic Account Plans/Tactical Action Plans for our top 50 clients, mapping decision-makers, identifying coverage gaps, and supporting collaboration strategies.
- Prepare pitchbooks for FI products aligned with NAB’s capabilities and appetite.
- Coordinate RFP/Due Diligence responses and support RM with the response
- For correspondent banking, check accurate pricing implementation for clients >A$1mn
- Support Client services escalations
- Compiling STP and NPP reports for service reviews to be conducted by the relationship managers
