We’re looking for an experienced practice manager who can lead with confidence, support our talented team, and take our clinic to new heights. **Your Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Take the lead in developing and implementing clinic strategies to improve patient services and add value to the organisation.
- Lead, mentor, and support the administrative and clinical teams to ensure a high standard of care and service.
- Manage clinic budgets, financial reporting, and operational targets, with the autonomy to shape financial strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including referring GPs, allied health professionals, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, as well as clinic policies and procedures.
- Handle patient feedback, complaints, and queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, community engagement, and patient retention strategies, adding value to the clinic's overall success.

- Proven experience in practice management or a similar leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and enhancing patient experience.
- Autonomy and initiative, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience in financial management, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
- Strong IT proficiency and familiarity with patient management systems.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to the clinic’s long-term growth.
