About the Role

We're consolidating our Part-time and Casual Educator Lists for 2026 and are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated educators to join our team.

If you hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved) and share our "children first" philosophy, we'd love to hear from you

You'll work alongside a qualified teacher and experienced assistants to deliver a meaningful, purposeful, and child-led program.

Attractive work hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A Genuine Passion for Working with and Educating Young Children and maintaining a Nurturing Environment
  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
  • A current Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance
  • A valid First Aid Certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis (within 6 months expiry), and Medical Clearance
  • Approved child protection training
  • A strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and Education and Care Regulations
  • Experience working with young children 2 to 4 years of age
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • High-level organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A commitment to upholding the core values of our preschool
  • A passion for providing high-quality education and maintaining a nurturing environment

Key Responsibilities

· Support the Head Teacher in planning and delivering an engaging, play-based curriculum

· Document and reflect on children's learning and development

· Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of our preschool philosophy and practice

· Engage in professional growth and development opportunities

· Help maintain a beautiful, organised, and inspiring learning environment
